Panda Sweeps Worst Play of the Week! – Week 6

Sticking with Sochi for our ‘Worst Play of the Week’ and this week it goes to the US Speedskating Team for their troubles they have had with their much hyped Under Armour racing suits.
It appears the team had never used the suits in competition before Sochi and they have found that the suit is slowing them down with a vent at the back designed to release heat actually causing an air disruption and causing the skaters to lose form. The team has since appealed to the IOC to allow a return to wearing their old suits in a hope to get back on top in an event which they are notoriously strong in. That wish has been granted and the results remain to be seen. The team has so far competed in six speedskating and two short-track events and the Americans are yet to medal.
